Thank you to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for including Buenavista residents as beneficiaries of the Walang Gutom Program (WGP) 2027.

The WGP aims to reduce involuntary hunger among low-income households and empower them to become more productive and self-reliant citizens. Beneficiaries are identified through the 2019 Listahanan 3 database, excluding current 4Ps members.

The program provides food assistance, Nutrition Education Sessions (NES), and empowerment initiatives such as livelihood training and community development activities to support participating households.

In return, beneficiaries are expected to attend NES, comply with program guidelines, use resources responsibly, actively participate in community activities, and keep their personal information updated to maintain eligibility.
